Please check if the airline you are flying with requires a test result to be presented at check-in or at the gate and plan accordingly. You need to give your sample before 7 pm (ender Fast) or before 9 pm (ender Platinum) to receive the result on the same day. Despite our fast evaluation times, you should allow enough time. Note that there may be a queue.

Our tests are suitable for all ages, but it can be difficult for small children and babies to spit the saline solution into the tube instead of swallowing it. If not enough saliva is collected, the sample cannot be analyzed. Therefore, we recommend a visit to a pediatrician.

Yes, you cannot register for the test without a valid ID or passport. Other documents, e.g. driving license, are not accepted as identification. The number of your ID or passport is stated on the test result document. If you need the test result document for travel purposes, please take note which document – ID or passport – is accepted by your destination country.

Please note that our General Terms and Conditions stipulate that you will receive the result 2 hours after the oral and nasal swab has been taken at the latest.
